Nut and berry breakfast bowls

Serves: 1-2

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries) 

  • 10g (or 10) pecans

  • 10g (or 10) walnuts 

  • 1 cup of natural unsweetened yogurt

    Or don’t eat yogurt? Add a scoop of unflavoured protein powder for an equally delicious breakfast. This option only serves one.   

     

 

Method

Soak the pecans and walnuts overnight. Drain in the morning.  

Blend all the ingredients.

This is a perfect way to brighten your breakfast with friends or family. But there’s no need to share it! It’s also great if you are on-the-go or once you get to work. Just add all the blended ingredients into a snack pot.
