Quick, crunchy cereal

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons crushed walnuts / pumpkin seeds / sunflower seeds or whole nuts (macadamia, walnuts, almonds, cashews)

  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened coconut flakes  

  • 1 cup of berries  

  • 1 small pot of Greek yogurt or soya yogurt  (fat-free) 

  • 1 scoop protein powder / collagen 

     

 

Method

Mix the yogurt and protein powder/collagen together and then add everything into a bowl and enjoy!
