Quick, crunchy cereal

Ingredients
2 tablespoons crushed walnuts / pumpkin seeds / sunflower seeds or whole nuts (macadamia, walnuts, almonds, cashews)
1 tablespoon of unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup of berries
1 small pot of Greek yogurt or soya yogurt (fat-free)
1 scoop protein powder / collagen
Method
Mix the yogurt and protein powder/collagen together and then add everything into a bowl and enjoy!
