Very berry smoothie
A balanced berry smoothie, packed with antioxidants
Serves: 2
Ingredients
150 ml of almond milk or milk of your choice
100ml of water (filtered if possible)
1-2 tablespoon (32 - 64g) of nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, hazelnut)
1 scoop of protein powder
80g of berries (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
Method
Blitz all the ingredients in a blender. Pour into a long glass and enjoy!
If you like a bit more texture to your smoothie, don’t add the chia seeds until after you have blended the rest of the ingredients. Leave for five minutes for the chia seeds to expand.
