Almond pancakes

Ingredients

  • 4oz almond flour  

  • 7floz of dairy milk, almond milk or soya milk.  

  • ½ teaspoon almond extract  

  • 3 tablespoons of water 

  • 1 egg 

  • 4 teaspoons of coconut oil  

 

Method

Blend the flour, milk, almond extract, water, egg.  

Cover the pan with one heated teaspoon of coconut oil.  

Add one-quarter of the mixture and cook on both sides.  

Serve with Greek yogurt, berries and/or almond butter.
