Peanut butter protein balls

A super easy healthy snack to share with friends and family or perfect pre or post a workout!

 

Ingredients

  • 125g oats, ground into a flour in a blender

  • 125g peanut butter

  • 150g chicory root syrup

  • 60g protein powder

  • 3 tablespoons sunflower/crushed pumpkin/sesame seeds

     

 

Method

  • Combine all the ingredients.

  • Roll into balls to fit mini cake cases, decorating half of them with more sesame seeds if desired.

  • Put in the fridge for a couple of hours (or the freezer for at least 20 minutes) then enjoy!
