Krispy Cale

Ingredients

120g kale (washed and broken up into 5 to 7cm pieces)

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Method

  1. Heat oven to 150C.

  2. Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the bottom of a baking tray.

  3. Add the kale and massage the leaves with the oil.

  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until crispy (not browned) (shaking the baking tray halfway through).

  5. Serve in a bowl with a sprinkling of grated parmesan or nutritional yeast.
