Berry Cottage Cheese Bowl

Ingredients

30g sliced almonds

150g cottage cheese, 0% fat

70g mixed frozen berries

70g fresh blueberries

2 tbsp. flaxseeds

Method

  1. Toast the almonds in a dry frying pan until golden.

  2. Blend the cottage cheese with the frozen berries until smooth, and place into a bowl.

  3. Top the berry curd with fresh blueberries, toasted almonds, and flaxseed meal before serving.
