Hummus

Serves: 2

 

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas (drained)  

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice  

  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed 

  • 4 teaspoons of cumin  

  • 2 tablespoons of tahini  

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil  

     

 

Method

Blend all the ingredients together. Add water and/or more lemon juice until it reaches the taste and consistency you desire. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
