Green goodness smoothie

Lots of green goodies and a zingy hit of ginger

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients

  • 1 apple

  • 1 avocado

  • juice of 1 lime

  • handful of spinach

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • good grating of ginger

  • 1 serving of collagen or protein powder

 

Method

Blitz all the ingredients in a blender with 200ml water and enjoy!
