Easy salmon in a bag

 

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 2 teaspoon of grated ginger

  • Gluten-free soy sauce

  • 4 spring onions (chopped)

  • 1 red pepper (chopped)

  • Olive oil

 

Method

  • Put salmon fillet in its own piece of baking/parchment paper.

  • Drizzle with one tablespoon of olive oil.

  • Add all the ingredients.

  • Fold up the paper to make a parcel.

  • Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

  •  Serve with steamed green vegetables plus brown basmati rice.
