Easy salmon in a bag
Serves: 2
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
2 teaspoon of grated ginger
Gluten-free soy sauce
4 spring onions (chopped)
1 red pepper (chopped)
Olive oil
Method
Put salmon fillet in its own piece of baking/parchment paper.
Drizzle with one tablespoon of olive oil.
Add all the ingredients.
Fold up the paper to make a parcel.
Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with steamed green vegetables plus brown basmati rice.
