Raw cacao and peanut butter smoothie

A protein-packed smoothie, perfect for after a workout

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup blueberries 

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 

  • 2 tablespoons of raw cacao

  • 2 heaped tablespoons of peanut butter 

  • 1 scoop/portion of unflavoured protein powder or collagen (optional)

 

Method

Blitz all the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
