Raw cacao and peanut butter smoothie
A protein-packed smoothie, perfect for after a workout
Serves: 1
Ingredients
200 ml of unsweetened almond milk
1 cup blueberries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons of raw cacao
2 heaped tablespoons of peanut butter
1 scoop/portion of unflavoured protein powder or collagen (optional)
Method
Blitz all the ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
