Quick Tahini dressing

 

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of tahini

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • Juice of half a lemon or 1-2 tablespoons of pure lemon juice (depending how lemony you like it!)

  • Boiling water


Serves 2-4

 

Method

Add the tahini into a mug or small bowl.

Add the lemon juice and crushed garlic.

Mix together and then add small amounts of boiling water, stirring all the time until you reach a consistency that you can easily drizzle over vegetables.

My favourite combination is this super easy dressing with a green salad or tenderstem broccoli.
